COURT AGAIN ADJOURNS NNAMDI KANU’S CASE AGAINST FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

A Federal High Court in Abuja Presided over by Justice James Omotosho has again adjourned a fresh One billion Naira suit filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB,  Nnamdi Kanu, against the Federal Government until March 18 this year for hearing.

Upon resumption of the hearing yesterdaycounsel to the defense, I.I. Hassan told the court that they were yet to be served with processes in the matter but Kanu’s lawyer Alloy Ejimakor said everything needed for the service of their processes on the defensehad been perfected.

He wondered why the originating motion and other applications were yet to be served on the defense by the bailiff.

Justice Omotosho eventually adjourned the matter until March 18, 2024 for the plaintiff to serve the defense in the suit.

Omotosho fixed the hearing for yesterday when no lawyer represented Kani in court on the 8th of January.
