ENUGU STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION GIVES ULTIMATUM ON DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES IN THE STATE.

The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation has announced to the public and particularly to all allottees of undeveloped plots of land in all her estates to obtain all requisite approvals and commence the development of such property within 90 days of the announcement or have it forfeited by the law and terms of their allocations.

The General Manager of ESHDC, Gerald Asogwa in a signed statement also announced that all allottees who are indebted to the corporation by way of premium, ground rent, service charge, or otherwise to liquidate their indebtedness within 30 days of the announcement after which the corporation shall commence the process of recovering same with accrued interest and costs.

They are to pay into the IGR account, while the announcement takes effect from today September 5, 2023.
