PRESIDENT TINUBU APPROVES ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL PARAMILITARY ACADEMY

President BOLA TINUBU has approved the establishment of the National Paramilitary Academy.

The Minister of Interior, OLUBUNMI TUNJI-OJO, who made the revelation yesterday said the President granted approval for the institution at the Federal Executive Council, FEC,.held on Monday.

According to the minister, the institution will train young citizens in paramilitary engagement after securing admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.

He added that the young citizens will graduate as properly trained officers, ready to contribute their quota to national security.
