POLICE ARREST SIX SUSPECTS FOR ALLEGED ARMED ROBBERY IN ENUGU.

The Enugu State Police Command has apprehended six male suspects allegedly involved in robbery, motorcycle theft, and cult-related activities in various parts of the state.

A statement released by police spokesman DANIEL NDUKWE in Enugu disclosed that the suspects, whose names have been withheld, were searched during the operations, leading to the recovery of a locally fabricated pistol loaded with seven rounds of 9 millimeters ammunition, concealed in a black bag.

In addition to the initial findings, police operatives recovered two other firearms, seven live rounds of ammunition, a stolen motorcycle, and other incriminating items. 

The suspects are currently in police custody, awaiting further investigation and potential prosecution.
