An Abuja Federal High Court, yesterdayadjourned, the 300 million Naira fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by singer, SPEED DARLINGTON, against the Inspector General of police, until March 19 for adoption of processes.

The date was fixed by Justice MUSA LIMANafter counsel to the Inspector-General of Police, AUDU GARBA, informed the court that the police had just filed a further counter affidavit in response to the singer’s further affidavit served on them in the last adjourned date.
