CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION SUSPECT MAKES VIRTUAL COURT APPEARANCE.

The suspect in the killing of an American right-wing political activist, and media personality, CHARLIE KIRK, TYLER ROBINSON, has appeared virtually for his first court hearing since he was formally charged on seven counts.

The suspect is accused of firing the single rifle shot from a rooftop that pierced KIRK’s neck last Wednesday on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem.

Evidence against ROBINSON includes alleged text messages in which he appeared to confess to the crime.

Utah County District Attorney, JEFFREY GRAY at a press conference said he made decision to seek death penalty for the accused assassin based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime.

ROBINSON’s next court hearing is scheduled for September 29.
