BENDEL INSURANCE SUSPENDS IKHENOBA OVER POOR PERFORMANCE.

The Edo State Sports Commission (ESSC) has suspended the Head Coach of Bendel Insurance Football Club, GREG IKHENOBA, citing alleged poor performance. 

The Media Officer of the club, KEHINDE OSAGIEDE made the announcement in a statement released in Benin City.

ESSC Chairman, DESMOND ENABULELE approved the suspension due to the club’s uninspiring performance in the current season, particularly following a 1-0 loss to Nasarawa United in a Nigeria Premier Football League match on Saturday. 

He also directed Coach BALDWIN BAZUAYE to step in as Head of the technical crew until further notice.
