A violent clash erupted at the popular Mandilas Market in Lagos Island today, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, leaving one person dead and causing panic in the area.
Eyewitnesses report that a dispute over money between two young workers escalated, resulting in a fatal stabbing. Bystanders apprehended the suspect, who was then handed over to the police after being detained by the crowd.
